Frankly, the show is usually good at staying on top of headlines. Selleck patriarch of cop family dynasty as Commish sparring with politicians and the public about all manner of public safety issues.
Son Walhbergs gritty street detective that has been sorta cancelled and deals with all manner of public safety issues.
And rookie youngest son who insists on rising up the ranks on his own and deals with all manner of public safety issues...
