I love finding out on Friday that I am hosting Thanksgiving on Monday.

My SIL offered to do it this year, i said that would be great. Today she said "do you think you could do it after all?"

I know she's swamped with life, so sure, but, i would have been further in the planning if i'd known ...

note to self: buy a turkey
