He basically takes whatever he has in the fridge and wraps it up in a tortilla. People are horrified, but .. just from the name/format?

To me asking what goes on a taco is like asking what goes in a sandwich. Whatever you want, you know?

The example about the chicken is well taken, though. If you're dictating what it's supposed to be, that's a level of jerkiness I can't approach. Food's gotta evolve, though.
