Here is how I would book Bray Wyatt. -- (edited)

Right off he needs to start tormenting Alexa. She gains a protector tag team. Mid-tier level guys who Bray crushes in a handicap match.

Move on to where she now gets better protector. This guy fares no better but is higher up the card.

Then for the next step she calls in the professionals. The APA! And Bray takes them out and her as well. She is written off and moved to the other show upon her return.

He is now free of that. He gives a speech on how the world is worse now than ever. And only he can make it better. And to do that he needs to start at the top. HHH can’t fight but he knows someone who can. Shawn Michaels.

Bray fights him and beats him to within an inch of his life and he would finish the job if only the Universal Champion steps in. And that is your way to put Bray at the top.
