Did anyone else hear the extremely creepy ice cream truck driving along Surrey Hill Place and turn onto Forrester Blvd? It was scoping the area for approximately less than five minutes. It was a van-like vehicle and had lights flashing overhead. This began at 20:27 on Sunday, October 9th.
