An hour after dark is the best time to solicit kids?
On a Sunday night?
During the Simpsons?
With lights flashing on top? (I've never seen an ice cream truck with flashing lights, sounds like police or a tow truck)
"Van-like" is not a way I'd ever describe something I'm already calling an ice cream truck, or I'd call it an ice cream van.
How reliable has this eye-or-ear witness been in a courtroom?
