So, "just" a serious UTI. But imaging found a cyst on her only remaining ovary. She had the other removed her freshman

Year in college, so if this one continues to grow, she could lose her fertility. She's getting married next October and though they don't want a family immediately, they do want kids.
She's now fast tracking having eggs harvested to guard against losing the ovary.
