Yesterday. That's about as far back as I'd want to go.

Even with knowledge intact, going back to the 60s would just be an exercise in frustration.
If it was a "you have to go back, but can pick a general timeframe", then the 50s would be about it. Current knowledge would allow you to capitalize on some business trends and maybe positively influence some social movements.
