Dave's niece was visiting us from New York a couple years ago, and we drove through it to get somewhere. I mentioned it was the worst part of Toronto

and she said "oh, those buildings with the sunflowers and the kids playing soccer are your worst buildings? Yeah, that's nothing."
but, for sure it has its bad moments.
