Hulu has an ad support model and is doing great. HBO Max for all it's David Zaslav faults, is doing well with the ad supported model for HBO Max.

Peacock is trying the free to play phone app model as a base, but with additional tiers from there. That's hard to do when you don't have an established product. Apple is in a much better position in terms of quality and viewership than Peacock is.
