they ship their normal packages. Instead of being delivered today like originally told, it's now delivering Friday... while I'm out of town for the weekend. Meanwhile the other part of the order was shipped expedited UPS and will be here today per tracking. Idiots.
And of course the delayed package has more than half of the order in it. I'm supposed to be out of town spreading mom's ashes with dad this weekend. I don't have to mental capacity to deal with stupid customer service people right now.
