this is my thought, i go out for big walks and always only wear one earbud so i can hear, & would like something that won't fall out and lets me hear

My pixel ear buds never fall out even when I run. You can also set it so only one bud is active if you only want to use one. -- nm

Yes they only give me headache because of the vibration on my temple. It's how you feel the sound, but I'm pretty sensitive to
