If the Yankees lose, four out of the best five teams in baseball won't make their championship series.

That's three 100-win teams out, including one with 111 wins. The Yankees finished with 99.
Houston's the only regular season heavyweight to advance thus far. And the Yankees will need to win two straight to avoid that fate.
