I hope a good amount. Honestly, I would solve two problems by lowering the mound. Health as well.

What’s a key step in Tommy John Recovery? Throwing off flat ground.
So it’s logical to think flatter ground is less stress on the arm. So…lower it to juice offense and help keep pitchers from 12-16 month recoveries.
