Multi jurisdictional issues are never any fun. No matter your theory you gotta force someone to do something (i.e give up password/username) What does it cost to just go somewhere else? Is that less than maybe $3500-$5k to start?
We can go through some legal theories if that is a real option but business decision needs to be made first
