I can't wait! I know he says he wouldn't report anyone but I'm planning on reporting every car I see. They endanger everyone else when they park

illegally. Of course, it would be best if the NYPD did their fucking job but they haven't done a damn thing in years.
So, if they won't do it let the people do it and get paid.
