I don't get how they can just sunset it without a plan ready to go. We saw they had NO PLAN if ACA is disbanded.

these are not PLANNER type people.
I read Mara's article and it is super convoluted on how it MAY work. I don't think the GOP could pull anything off that sophisticated.
