if they create a crisis, then they can say "the gov't doesn't work (obviously!), we need corporations to do this"

then they get to pass of a gov't program to a business to turn it into a for-profit venture.
everything they do is about raiding public money.. any way they can get money out of the gov't and into corporate hands is a win. NONE OF IT should go to individual citizens who put it there in the first place.
