I've been thinking about something similar.

Podcasting/Vlogging on train travels as I'm working. There are lots of folks on YouTube vlogging any number of train trips and excursions, but no one really talking about "remote work" in that context.
I like your idea better, though. I think it would be more engaging and have a broader audience appeal.
