We have a cicerone on the board at our co-op brewery.

We do education events (style tastings; off flavor panels)

Our most recent homebrew competition was biere de garde, and we couldn't find readily available samples for the education event. And we only had 4 entries. (8-10 is typical; sometimes up to 20)
