Just a computer crash and an upset stomach.

The timing on the crash was brutal because I have two weeks of client work that I had to secure. And I've switched to a laptop with a keyboard layout that's significantly different.
These are trivial, trivial things compared to what you're going through. It's just a rough work day, and I don't feel well. So, I vented. I shouldn't have done that.
