I agree, in some cases, it would help. But don't make the mistake of thinking everyone is sane and logical. I am learning so much from that one HOA (actually a community association). Sadly, a lot of it is not good. We have a couple elderly board members that are not running for the board again out of fear, now. It *sucks*.
