I think for some people that's going to just make it worse as the lack of inner ear feedback is going to be even more disconnected

Right now, it obviously doesn't look real so I think on a subconscious level, the brain tries to sort out the not real inputs.
If they visual part becomes indistinguishable from what we see as reality what's the brain supposed to do when you're virtually moving but physically you're just standing there?
You'd need those omni-treadmills or something for those people
