University is seven miles away. If there were going to be deaths because of kids crossing state lines, you'd think it would be there.

But there weren't any. Either Wazzu kids are smarter than most (of which I've seen no evidence) or Reagan was making a solution to a problem that didn't really exist

I went to uni near Niagara Falls. At the time you could drink at 19 in Ontario, 21 in NY state. BUT the bars closed at 1am in Ontario, and 3am in NY. -- (edited) - Andie Oct 27, 13:36 1
