I can comfortably settle on amount of content but I'm frustrated when I hear I should watch something and then have to find it

They process of figuring out which service something is on and if I have access or not and whether I want to pay to access that one ("or are there other shows on this service on my to-watch list?") and that's before getting to an IP that is split between services (Yellowstone, Star Trek)...
It's far easier with cable or on demand to just search and tune in. The complexity of figuring out the streaming diaspora is a an obstacle that just gives me an opportunity to not bother continuing the search.
