He’s just making shit up. They’re cutting 3/4 of their workforce in the coming weeks. They’ll barely have the resources to keep it operational.

Never mind developing new functionality. Layoffs and cutbacks are the first sign of a tech company dying. Never the first sign of a turn around. And the irony is that Twitter weathered a near collapse (although that was largely due to a massive increase in traffic due to Trump and the growth of the alt-right).
