Which NBA team could trade for someone that radioactive?

It's a cut him or suspend him situation.
The Lakers were pushing that horrible Westbrook for Kyrie trade. Based on the information we've had since then, both teams would have lost horribly, although I think we all expected that at the time.
The Nets had some 20 cents on the dollar trade offers for Kyire this offseason. I idly wondered at the time whether they should just take one. In hindsight, that answer was yes.
He seems blissfully unaware of how much this is gonna haunt him for the rest of his life.
