The thing is that unless you have one per apartment, how do you figure out who pays? Dedicated parking spaces with EV chargers? I guess.

In CA parking is not always included, you pay extra in many places, remember when Cable started installing, landlords were reluctant at 1st -- nm

Here if you build an apartment building or complex, you have to have 4% inclusionary housing (lower cost) in your development OR pay a pretty hefty
