The thing is that unless you have one per apartment, how do you figure out who pays? Dedicated parking spaces with EV chargers? I guess.

Do I pay more per month to have one of those spots; access to a charger?

On our NPR many months ago this woman rented an EV for a week to see how she'd like it. All she talked about was range anxiety and wondering when she would get her next charge. I was like wtf? And then she was like oh yeah I rent and we don't have charging at my complex; in fact no complexes in state college have charging (no, not even Tesla chargers).

There's so far yet to go. And again while I do give Elon credit for what he did for EVs, the caste system he's created by not allowing everyone to use his charging network (which could make him a lot of money, I must say) is terrible.
