Well, nobody lives in The Grove, nobody lives at CBS Television City(yet). There's 1 apartment building on Beverly Blvd. -- (edited)

The other side of Grove Drive is a park and a post office. Nobody lives in the Farmer's Market. That just leaves a small chunk of the Park La Brea complex. No wonder there were only 180 total votes.
