Yeah, more or less. Shotwell is running SpaceX like a well-oiled machine. Tesla is on firm footing w or w/o Musk

And in both cases employees knew going in that the job was a big ask and the pay and benefits reflect that.
The reported issues of workplace crap at Tesla are the same issues found in almost every manufacturing place. That's not an excuse, just an observation.
Tesla employees have had multiple opportunities to unionize but seem to to want UAW rep. Tesla/Musk were slapped for a tweet about losing stock if they unionized and they fired at least one person who was very likely a UAW instigator sent in to disrupt and create news.
I fully support Tesla employees and if they want a union, they should unionized. If they don't that's also cool.
But somehow Musk managed to successfully lead both companies and is just stumblebumming his way to oblivion with Twitter. It's maddening for all sorts of reasons. One, it means who could turn this management "technique" back on Tesla and SpaceX and two, it's destroying a valuable tool for social interaction and an extremely powerful tool for marginalized voices.
