I'm totally good with pre-sales. It lets the biggest fans get first shot. But it shouldn't be all of the seats (it usually isn't). The big failure

here was putting all the dates on sale at once. I have no idea who thought that was a good idea. You could have staggered them over a couple of weeks with no issues.
