Remaining staff who aren't being forced to stay there due to visa issues are certainly professionally suspect, in my mind.

But I feel the same about folks who still work at Facebook and GoDaddy, and to a lesser extent PayPal and TicketMaster and a few other companies.
They have some 'splainin to do.
