So, here's what I'd do.

I'd reuse SlackerTalk.net as a mastodon instance at the root domain.
Then, I would run peertube at video.SlackerTalk.net, and pixelfed.org at photos.SlackerTalk.net
But that's a lot of server infra and maintenance/moderation time
