Don't know about Celebrity but Royal Cab. just introduced their Black Friday discounts. I emptied my shopping cart and re-purchased everything.

It's cheaper to pre-purchase things like drink packages, wifi, specialty dining, etc., - at least on the lines I've sailed with.
