I've never shopped for travel deals on Black Friday. Is that a thing?

The kids never want anything for Christmas anyway, so I'm trying to book that trip to Europe before Christmas. The dates have been a nightmare. My oldest is going to college and my younger 2 are working as counselors at summer camps, so finding a date that works has been nearly impossible. A trip to Europe for all of us is going to cost a fortune I don't have and any deals I can secure would be most welcome.
