It would mean a guy constantly in what we call in Brazil the "banheira": a scorer parked near the goal.

Since scorers are, by and large, more skillful than defenders, it would probably mean that two defenders would be parked near him. That would try to avoid a quick ball coming from the other side being easily scored. But that would still be easier than trying to build a play.

In other words, it would be a constant attempt to Hail Mary.

All this is what generally happens with 10-year-old kids games.
