I'm a BC fan, but the Appreciation group on FB are hardcore fans (and the admins are known by the band). They know who will be where and you can likely get more specific insight there.

I would ask the Merch seller when they're not busy if they'll come out to the booth or not. If they don't know, try the bus/van.
