My recipe is easy -- (edited)

1.5 pounds ground meat
1 cup bread crumbs
1 cup milk
1 egg
Seasoning

Mix that all thoroughly and put in a bread baking dish.

The meat can be pretty much any ground meat. Bison is lean, usually less than 10% fat.

If you use seasoned bread crumbs you *might* be able to skip additional seasoning.

If you want to add flavor and a bit more fat (especially if using a really lean meat) add a 1/2 cup of shredded cheese.

Bake in a glass bread pan at 350F for 1.5 hours.
