It's true. But it doesn't apply to corporations; they can control speech to their heart's content moderation.

If melon stank was planning to convert Twitter to a public utility, then stances around free speech would make sense. Until such time, it's just misleading noise & a dog whistle for humanity's shitstains to smear themselves all over the so-called public square.
