it’s not that far from cormac mccarthy, heh. (that’s not such a good thing to me.) it speaks to me more as needing a good editor, one that’s brave

enough to really do the right thing with someone famous who’s already a bestselling author.
I’ve seen too many famous folks, including big-award-winning authors get under-edited over the years. sometimes probably because author egos are in the mix, but it just has to be sometimes not.
