My building started an optional cleaning service. Reasonable price, no tipping. Charged to my rent.

And here is the thing. it's a la carte.
Only kitchen, only bathroom, only change the bed. Fold laundry. Do the dishes.
Did the first service today. for $35 they cleaned my bathroom. It's beautiful and sparkly.
