Convenience is taken care of. Price and Exclusivity then are the major hurdles, and one is dependent on the other.

High price ($30), short exclusivity window (60 days): bad.
Low price ($5), short exclusivity window (60 days): I think more people would pay the *little* extra for exclusivity.
High Price, long exclusivity window: also maybe. $30 and it's not available for a year outside of me paying $30? If it's a must-see movie, yep.
