I was wondering because he's been unresponsive again.

We never heard up front he was facing difficulties. I canceled last year's order with Paypal and asked for a refund. I tried again this year to order, he accepted it and quoted a price which I sent. After a few weeks I emailed and asked for a status and reminded him I'd have to request a refund if the order wasn't filled. He immediately refunded with no comment.
Forward a couple of months and our president contacted him and asked what we could possibly do to get the books because they were important to us. He sent a long unhappy response about how he was trying to run a business by himself, and he refused to do business with people who damaged his Paypal account by filing a complaint. President convinced him to accept a private order, byepassing me, the trouble maker. That was a couple of months back and we've received nothing yet :/
