An obscure question that maybe only ST can answer: What recommendations do you have for a conference room speakerphone suitable for videoconferences?
|
We used to use Polycom speakerphones when I worked in the Senate, and they were great. Yet also terribly expensive.
I'm making a donation to my friend's church (St. John's Lutheran Church in Bartonville, Illinois), and he mentioned this is their greatest need right now.
So, I'm looking for a speakerphone, suitable for conference room meetings with 8 to 12 people sitting around the table, that can be wirelessly linked to a videoconferencing system as well. Right now, they're using the microphone on their webcam (and I just can't stand it during the two meetings I've attended).
And cost can be up to around $100 to $150 or so, or a bit higher if it's a damn good one. I'm looking for the best bang-for-your-buck option out there.
And right now, if Mop isn't jumping all over the place coming up with an answer, well ... I guess I just don't know him at all. :-)
