Granted, these must have been present in the graphic novels and possibly before Marvel, but MCU got there first and it all seems like a ripoff now:
Villagers under threat from terrorist/mercenary group the Ten Rings
Vibranium mining and its secret, all powerful uses
Aunt May and Peter Parker
Falcon, incorporating the Steve Rogers world view while simultaneously channeling Tony Stark's head-first attack style and "I'm invincible and can do it alone" attitude (seriously, that was a lot of trash talk from someone who was getting his ass kicked all over town)
Dr. Strange, the magician who has seen all the futures and only one possible solution, requiring a sacrificial death
Shuri, the genius who can perform medical miracles
Hulk, the always angry indestructible rage monster mixed with Thor, the god of lightning-ish
Ant-Man, the oopsie-daisies comic relief who can grow to enormous size
The Chitauri hover bikes from the battle of NYC
Zombie Chitauri or Ultron minions
The Raft, the ocean prison for supervillains
Dr. Strange duplicating himself
Thanos sitting on his throne visual
