BTW, the doc pulled the metal pin out of my toe on Friday. Doing well, mostly remembering how to walk without limping now. Every day is a bit better and being -- (edited)

active seems to be helpful now. Still said 3 weeks before the gym but may try out bikes/elliptical at home or work before that just to get back into a routine.
