How is that final Astro playoff spot not already locked in?

Last 5 players (incl. me) are 2x 4-9 and 3x 3-10
So I *guess* it is still possible for my horrible team to enter the playoffs?

Week 14 has
3-10 vs. 8-5 (me)
3-10 vs. 6-7
3-10 vs. 11-2
4-9 vs. 8-5
4-9 vs. 9-4
