That all sounds very plausible and I wouldn't be surprised if this happens again in the near future.

I don't think she was set up or targeted. I do think the penalty was harsh but giving up a man responsible for so much death for her just feels like a bit of a bad deal.
I don't want her to suffer in a Russian prison so in the end I'm glad she's coming home.
