oh yah, they’re the worst; and they’re what’s used the most at sub-acute/rehab places.

based on my own experiences and my mom and step-father covering multiple places. and those two had heart conditions, so extra scary.
next up, the number of medication mistakes I’ve caught in facilities. always keep notes, always look at what you’re being given (and for loved ones as best you can) to confirm accuracy.
